I operate a sliding fee scale for our individual sessions depending on your circumstances. Sessions last 50 minutes and are held at a regular time slot and place each week

We will usually start off with an initial phone call. We will discuss briefly why it is you are seeking therapy and I'll tell you a little bit about how I work.

Concessions
​
Discounted slots are available for students, those with low income and NHS staff. Please get in touch to discuss further.
Cancellation Policy
​
Sometimes we may feel unwell, get busy with work or have something unexpected happen. If you should need to cancel, then please do with 48 hours’ notice of your appointment.
